Two great Dusty Springfield songs from two great movies.

Above is ‘Spooky’ from Guy Ritchie’s brilliant heist film ‘Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrels’ and below is ‘Son of a Preacher Man’ from Quentin Tarantino’s Palme d’Or winning, ‘Pulp Fiction’.

Little Green Bag.

February 12th, 2009

‘Little Green Bag’, the hit single from George Baker Selection’s 1970 debut album of the same name.

The song was made popular again in the nineties with a whole new generation (mine) when it became the unforgettable soundtrack for the ’92 cult classic filmĀ ‘Reservoir Dogs‘ by that violence loving king of pop culture references, Quentin Tarantino, an absolutely brilliant director who can’t act to save his life.
