The absolutely brilliant weather (cloudy, breezy, rainy) made me think of the smooth, mellow sounds of Jack Johnson again.

Along with José González, Jack Johnson is quickly becoming my favourite easy listening music. An ex once told me that this is one more sign of old age approaching. Be that as it may….

P.S. In a previous post I’ve said I prefer Jack Johnson’s 2003 album ‘In Between Dreams’ to this album from 2005, ‘On & On’. I don’t any more. This one has grown on me.

Music In Between Dreams, Jack Johnson, José González, Never Know, On & On

Reading the news today made me think of this song from Jack Johnson’s 2005 album ‘In Between Dreams’ which isn’t his best (that would be his 2003 album, ‘On And On’) but it does have this song. His smooth, mellow sound makes excellent driving music, it’s prevented me from commiting vehicular homicide on more than one occasion.
