What I did when I was new to the industry was move to Mumbai and work for Genesis Films for 6 months. I got treated like absolute shit and paid nothing (i mean NO MONEY) but because of the sheer volume of work I learnt quick and then left when I couldn't take it anymore. In Delhi, Miditech is a good place to go intern, you get paid a small amount and treated better. The only problem is that they are now at the other end of Gurgaon. Explore around, you've got one huge advantage, in an industry where there is always someone willing to do it for less money, NO ONE can undercut someone willing to work for free :) I feel your pain man.
